Chairman and CEO Mr. Street Tsai is known for his expertise in vinyl coated polyester yarns which are woven into mesh fabrics widely used for outdoor and contract sectors. Back in 1984, HUA CHING ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.,was already a globally leading company in the development of PVC coated polyester yarn, drawing famous American retailers and brands to Taiwan for factory visits.

Sensing the increasing market demand for toxic-free and eco-friendly materials, after 6 years of research and investment, HUA CHING ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., successfully developed a groundbreaking plasticizer-free PE coated polyester yarn named PES in 2010. A more earth and health friendly material than the traditionally PVC coated yarn, PES has passed plasticizer tests and is compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards. Also in 2010, HUA CHING ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.,was reorganized and renamed as HCT to accommodate the company’s development in product value chain and to offer quality services to customers.
